Through a partnership with Baker College, Pro Med provides basic EMT and Paramedics courses and degree programs. Many of the EMTs and Paramedics trained at Baker College are now employees of Pro Med, as well as other ambulance services and fire departments. Baker College instructors are certified in both cardiac and trauma care and are experienced pre-hospital providers. Primary instructors are professional educators, all with multiple years of teaching background.

Initial education includes basic EMT and Paramedic level courses and the education department also offers courses in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Medical First Responder. Continuing education courses include First Aid. In addition, EMS CEU's are provided monthly, all with no cost to the employee.
